I never make reviews, so this is new for me, I have been looking for a jewelry item for my Wife that says I love you to the moon and back, I kept finding silly items, I saw this I just had to buy it, it arrived on time, the packaging it came in was very well displayed. I gave the necklace to my Wife for Valentine's Day, she abosuletly fell in love with the necklace and it's display. The authentication card is small enough to keep in a wallet.

The order was shipped and delivered in a timely fashion, but was inexplicably damaged during shipping. Almost no visible damage to the packaging, but the book was very clearly shunted. After a short email exchange, the seller offered to resend the item, which arrived even more thoroughly packed, JUST in time for Christmas. The seller obviously cares.
